Some days you just need to let yourself cry & be sad. Because if you don’t, one day you will feel so repressed. You will lash out at everyone & everything. You had made all that progress… for nothing.

I could be having a good day, not even once think back and remember we had it good for a while.
But the moment I see or hear about you or something you said or did, I lose it and feel like I’ve lost all progress in getting over you.
I am not doing this anymore..
